Chris founded RMI in 1988 with the goal of providing customized training to sales and marketing professionals within the healthcare industry. His career in the healthcare industry spans four decades, giving him incomparable insight into market challenges and the knowledge and resources required to meet them through targeted, practical solutions. The depth of Chris’ experience in the industry is evidenced by his advancement through positions at Johnson & Johnson that included Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Director of Global Sales & Marketing Development, Director of Sales, and Vice President, Sales. Throughout his career, Chris has impacted his teams’ success by creating, implementing and directing training and development initiatives that measurably increased their productivity and profitability. |

Steve’s passion for consultancy started while working for Johnson & Johnson in 2008. Throughout his twenty-two year career, he gained hands-on experience as a Sales Rep, Sales Supervisor, National Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager with Johnson & Johnson and as the CEO of Phillips Healthcare Technologies in Kenya. In the practical world of business, he has gained insights at every level that will prove most valuable in his role as a certified RMI trainer, coach and counsellor to health care sales, management and leadership clients throughout East Africa. Steve is a Business School graduate with MBA in Strategic Management from Daystar University and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University. For him, learning never ends and sharing his knowledge with others continues to be a lifelong commitment. |
